Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F, and coat a 9”-round pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Briefly preheat over medium heat. Add the broccoli, and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of Herbs de Provence and half the salt. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 - 4 minutes or until bright green and tender. Remove from the pan.
- Evenly sprinkle the broccoli, turkey, and cheese into the prepared baking pan. Carefully pour the egg whites over the top. Bake at 325°F for 25 - 35 minutes or until the eggs have fully set. Cool in the pan for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
