Ingredients
1 lb | boneless skinless chicken breast | 0 SP |
10 oz | frozen broccoli spears, 1 pkg | 0 SP |
1 can | condensed cream of mushroom soup | 8 SP |
3 Tbsp | fat free mayonnaise | 2 SP |
1 cup | low fat shredded cheddar cheese | 5 SP |
Instructions
- Boil the chicken breast until done and drain.
- When cool enough to handle, cut into 1-inch pieces.
- In a square or round casserole dish, mix mayo and soup.
- Add broccoli and chicken and mix well.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
