All you have to do is chop a few veggies (you can do this the night before), and dump everything into the slow cooker. Instructions
- Spray your slow cooker with olive oil spray.
- Coat the steak with the Worcestershire sauce on both sides. Place it in the slow cooker and add the garlic powder and pepper.
- Add the potatoes, celery and carrots to the slow cooker. Add in the beef broth (enough to cover about 1/2 of the steak).
- Cook on low for about 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally. Shred the beef and serve immediately. Adjust the seasonings, if necessary.
