Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

[1 SP per cookie] These yummy soft chocolatey cookies, and they are only 1 smart point each. They will freeze well too, you can even cut them up and use them on your yogourt for a sweet little topping.

Information

Ingredients

1 large banana, mashed 0 SP
3 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter, prepared 2 SP
¼ cup + 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour 4 SP
1 tsp vanilla extract 0 SP
1 Tbsp brown sugar, unpacked 2 SP
½ tsp baking powder 0 SP
1½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 0 SP
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips, divided 3 SP

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl mash your banana, mix in your peanut butter and brown sugar.
  3. Stir in your flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and vanilla.
  4. Stir in your chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by small spoon onto baking sheet, bake for 12-14 minutes.
