Ingredients
1 lb | cooked 99% fat free ground turkey | 0 SP |
1 cup | onions, chopped | 0 SP |
10¾ oz | canned cream of mushroom soup prepared with water, About 1 can | 4 SP |
¼ tsp | salt | 0 SP |
¼ tsp | black pepper | 0 SP |
4 medium | white potato | 18 SP |
Instructions
- Brown ground turkey and onions, drain.
- Spray the bottom of a 2 qt glass baking dish(11×9 inch).
- Cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of potatoes and a layer of ground turkey.
- Pour half of soup mixture over this.
- Add another layer of potatoes and ground turkey, pour remaining soup mixture over this also.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 350°F.
