Single Serve Apple Crisp

[4 SP per serving] This warm, delicious and delectable desert will hit the spot on those cold nights, or mornings! Healthy enough to eat for breakfast!

Information

Ingredients

3 medium apples, peeled and diced 0 SP
1½ Tbsp brown sugar, unpacked 3 SP
½ tsp ground cinnamon 0 SP
2½ Tbsp quick oats 1 SP
¾ Tbsp unsweetened applesauce 0 SP

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix apples with ½ Tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon, and put into a oven safe single serve dish (~20 oz).
  3. In a small bowl mix oats with the other 1 Tbsp of brown sugar and apple sauce. Place on top of apples and bake in oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  4. For some added sweetness drizzle with vanilla icing or serve with frozen Cool Whip (extra PTs for each option).
