Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth 1 SP
½ cup dry white wine 4 SP
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 2 SP
1 tsp dry mustard 0 SP
1 lb uncooked flat iron steak 21 SP
1 tsp table salt 0 SP
½ tsp black pepper 0 SP
1 spray olive oil cooking spray 0 SP
1 medium uncooked onion, chopped 0 SP
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped 0 SP
2 Tbsp fat free sour cream 1 SP
4 cups egg noodles, cooked 25 SP

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with the olive oil spray.
  2. Add the steak, onion, mushrooms and beef broth.
  3. Add the flour, mustard, salt, pepper and sour cream.
  4. Mix everything together.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
  6. When the meat is finished cooking, remove the meat and cube it into small pieces. Serve on top of the egg noodles. Enjoy!
