I have tried this recipe. It takes about 20 min to complete and the cookies are very tasty. If I had any complaints, it would only be that the cookie is a little spongy.

3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups | Organic Quick Cooking Rolled Oats | 20 SP |
4 medium | bananas, over ripe | 0 SP |
1 oz | 70-80% dark chocolate | 8 SP |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the bananas and quick oats in a mixing bowl. It does not need to be too even, as it tastes fantastic when there are larger bits of banana.
- Shave the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold into the "batter".
- Split into about 20 cookie sized balls and place onto a sheet pan lined with baker's parchment.
- Cook for about 15 to 18 minutes and allow to cool once removed.
