3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies

[1 SP per serving] This little gem makes healthy oat cookies, healthy enough to be eaten for breakfast.

I have tried this recipe. It takes about 20 min to complete and the cookies are very tasty. If I had any complaints, it would only be that the cookie is a little spongy.

3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups Organic Quick Cooking Rolled Oats 20 SP
4 medium bananas, over ripe  0 SP
1 oz 70-80% dark chocolate  8 SP

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the bananas and quick oats in a mixing bowl. It does not need to be too even, as it tastes fantastic when there are larger bits of banana.
  3. Shave the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold into the "batter".
  4. Split into about 20 cookie sized balls and place onto a sheet pan lined with baker's parchment.
  5. Cook for about 15 to 18 minutes and allow to cool once removed.
These healthy cookies work out to about 1 SP each.
