[1 SP per serving] This soup is a complete winner when you are hungry simply because it is so low in points. The best part is you can customize the soup to your liking, just make sure you count the points if you are adding something other than veggies. You can also pair it with a nice sandwich.It takes me 20 minutes from start to finish to make this soup. Completely worth the effort.

Instructions
- Add oil to a pot and saute the onions and garlic for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Add broth, tomato paste, cabbage, green beans, carrots and spices to taste.
- Simmer for a about 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
- Add the zucchini and simmer for another 5 or so minutes.
Notes
Please note: the original recipe said that this was 0 points. But the recipe was supposed to make 10 servings. I reduced the servings to 6 for a larger portion in each bowl. This increased the Points to 1 per huge serving. Feel free to add other things to this recipe as well, I do recommend a couple of chicken breasts cooked and chopped, just remember to add the additional points.
