Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes

[1 SP per pancake] These delicious banana oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes that are yummy and filling. Keep in mind due to the banana in there the texture is different. Makes 6 pancakes at 1 smart point each.

Ingredients

¼ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 medium banana, mashed
2 Tbsp egg whites
¼ cup almond milk, plain unsweetened
2 tsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions


  1. Heat up your griddle on the stove and spray with some cooking spray.
  2. I like to make my mix in the measuring cup for easy pouring. Mix your dry ingredients together.
  3. Mash your banana and add to dry, then add your egg whites and milk. Fold in your chocolate chips.
  4. Pour out onto your hot griddle and cook until done.
